HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
From the first discussion to delivery.
You know from the outset how the project progresses, what we need from you and what you receive at the end.
Text, photographs & materials
You send us your text, photographs, logo and any other available materials. If you do not have suitable photographs, we create the images needed for the website and include them in the price.
If you do not have a logo
We create three different logo proposals for you to choose from, at no extra charge. Alternatively, you may use your own designer and send us the final logo before completion.
Implementation begins
Based on our agreement, the team organises content, structure, design and functions, then develops the first complete version with central coordination and testing.
Full demonstration & revisions
Once the first version is complete, we meet again and demonstrate the working website so that you can identify any revisions or adjustments.
Completion & delivery
After final revisions, the project is completed and an invoice is issued. Once payment is made, hosting is held in an account linked to your own email and you receive the complete, organised source code.
Delivery time: up to 15 days from the point when we have received all the agreed materials required to start the build.
Invoice issued on project completionAn invoice is issued when the build is completed so that delivery and the financial transaction are fully documented.
After delivery, the choice is yours. You can continue working with us for support and development, or manage the website with another partner, retaining control of hosting and the complete source code.
